Regenerate Co-op Network puts food and agricultural supplies into members' hands, trains neighbors to grow food, and organizes land and knowledge under member ownership, built on three pillars: collaboration, blueprints and education.

Why we exist

Most of us buy food from a system we have no say in, grown on land we will never own, using knowledge that was never shared with us. Prices move, quality drops, and the money leaves the neighborhood the moment it's spent.

Regenerate Co-op Network is the alternative: households, growers, builders and educators organized into one member-owned network. We pool contributions to buy food and agricultural supplies, then return the yield directly to members. We pool knowledge so nobody has to start from zero. We train members to grow food so they can plug into the growing co-op as producers, not just consumers.

What cooperative ownership means here

Members are not customers. Every household that joins becomes part of the decision-making body that shapes what gets sourced, what gets grown, what gets built, and where the network expands next.

Land and infrastructure acquired by the network are held for the network. As sites come online, including backyard plots, small farms, processing space and storage, they stay accountable to members rather than to outside investors.

How the network grows

We grow outward through local sites: individual households, gardens and farms that plug into shared planning, shared distribution and shared learning. As anchor locations come online they will serve as pickup, teaching and distribution points, but right now the network is built member by member.

Every site that succeeds gets documented in the open-source blueprint library so the next one starts further ahead. Products the network sources and grows, from produce and pastured eggs to member-made goods like Pine Sprite, flow back through the same cooperative channels.

Where we are right now

Phase one is intake. Before we source supplies, plant or build anything at scale, we need honest numbers: how many households, how large, what they actually eat in a month, and who wants to learn to grow.

That's the only thing we're asking for today. No dues, no pricing, no commitments. Just your household profile and your needs list so the network can plan against reality.

Andrew leads platform development, event execution, and strategic local partnership alignments for Regenerate Co-op Network.

Bringing a strong background in public speaking, high-ticket sales, and community outreach, he drives network growth and audience engagement.

As the network's software builder, Andrew leverages cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly design and deploy RCN's digital infrastructure - including the simplified, passwordless community forum (EBASE) and media database - while connecting key local partners and stakeholders across the region.

Moruf Popoola

Agricultural Lead & Domain Strategist

Marcus oversees agricultural design, soil transformation, and localized food yield strategies for the network.

With 25 years of agricultural experience - including 10 years working with the United Nations in Nigeria - he brings deep expertise in sustainable farming and international development.

Marcus combines master-level domain knowledge with persuasive communication and resource marketing to teach individuals how to cost-effectively transform their land, save money, and build thriving, regenerative agricultural spaces.

Systems, Capital & Sovereignty Strategist

Directing long-term capital generation, institutional banking relationships, and legal strategy, our Systems & Capital Lead ensures the co-op's economic and structural resilience.

Specializing in systems thinking and sovereignty frameworks, he designs long-term land acquisition models, common law asset protections, and funding pathways.

His work bridges high-level financial strategy with physical infrastructure - securing land assets through seller-financing and institutional partnerships to build a permanent foundation for the community.

Kyamanni Stewart

Community Connector & Local Network Integrator

Serving as the primary bridge to local grassroots initiatives, our Community Connector integrates regional garden networks and fosters on-the-ground relationships throughout the Tampa region.

Manni works directly with local growers, urban garden nodes, and volunteers to connect members with the best of the best.

His focus is on uniting existing agricultural efforts, facilitating physical co-op distribution, and ensuring seamless hands-on involvement for all network members.
